All-times favorite: Homemade Pancakes

An easy-to-do pancakes recipe to enjoy in those spring morning!

Pancakes with strawberries

Fill it with marmalade, fill it with Nutella, fill it with honey… Fill it with what you love.  Your belly will love it anyway!


  • 50g butter
  • 500ml milk
  • 250g flour
  • 30g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 5g salt
  • Natural oil


Melt butter and set aside. Mix and homogenize flour, eggs, sugar, salt and 1/2 milk. Add melted butter and the rest of milk. Leave mix rest in cold for about 1 – 1.5 hours before use.

Cook them in a nonstick pan by using minimum of natural oil. Pile panqueques on each other and keep stored in the fridge.

Accompany panqueques with whatever you want! They work with a coffee… with juice… they are just perfect to satiating your hungry!
